CoachMarque serves 2 purposes:

1. It is an acknowledgement through audit, visits and other checks that the operator awarded Coach Marque status provides a client level of service, using a modern fleet of coaches that is equal to the best in the industry.  It is the coaching industry’s equivalent of a ‘kite’ mark.

2. Many larger companies have realized the need for a risk assessment of suppliers, particularly those transporting staff or clients.  To obtain Coach Marque status a coach operator has already been through an exhaustive industry audit that reviews every aspect of the coach operator’s business.  Anyone booking a Coach Marque awarded member to carry out work for them has no need to complete a risk assessment on that operator, it has already been done by industry experts.
