Headline sponsor named as landmark festival takes to the skies!

Bournemouth Air Festival, the town’s biggest free four-day event celebrating all things aviation, is proud to announce More Buses, in association with Excelsior Coaches, as the official headline sponsor. Beating interest from other businesses More Buses will lead the way in what will be the region’s largest event.

As Wilts & Dorset’s leading brand, award-winning More is a key transport service which offers a smart way to get around Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch. Transport is a key theme for next year’s event; whether it be the planes in the skies, ‘park and ride’ services or transporting visitors from across the region to the South West’s biggest aviation festival, the key is to ensure everyone makes the most of their time in the resort. In addition, Excelsior Coaches will be assisting with this providing transport for VIPs, sponsors and support staff and crew.

As is with all major events, interest in sponsorship opportunities was received from a number of companies keen to be part of the inaugural event, but More Buses could offer more for the town.

The More Bus Bournemouth Air Festival takes place August 28th – 31st 2008 and is expected to attract in the region of 500,000 – 1 million visitors to the town.
