Attended the People’s Vote March on the 23rd June at London. The coach left from Bournemouth. Our Driver Will was fantastic and professional. Brilliant driving skills as well as being very helpful and accommodating with great people skills ....probably goes down as one of the best coach journeys I’ve been on ..Thank you Will.

Excelsior Coaches took our group up to London for the Unite for Europe march on Saturday 25th March. Our driver, Will, was fantastic and made it a really enjoyable journey there and back. He knew the route perfectly and dropped us off and collected us in a very convenient location. He made frequent rest stops on the way back for us, and we had radio/CD/movie entertainment during the journey. The coach was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend Excelsior for private group trips. Thanks Will!

We have just returned from a London theatre break and had a great time. Our driver, Will was brilliant - cheerful, friendly and very professional. He dealt with a couple of potentially awkward situations (missing person!) with tact and good humour and was kind and helpful. We are going again next month and would love to have Will as our driver again!

I'd like to thank Excelsior for getting my son and his college group to Snowdonia recently in the middle of the worst cold weather conditions this country has seen for a long time; ferrying him to and from his assignments; staying up there a whole extra day waiting for the thaw and then getting him home all the way to Bournemouth station a good 40 minutes faster than expected! We used Excelsior for a couple of school trips before Christmas. They were great - arrived promptly, friendly drivers and high standard of coaches. A theatre visit finished earlier than expected so we called Excelsior and they sent our bus back to us earlier than arranged.

We have been using excelsior coaches this season, and what a revelation. Always on time if not early drivers are smart polite and very helpful. Any detours we make on route to collect players is no trouble. We've always arrived on time even when the traffic has caused delays. The company are always flexible and will accommodate any requests we have, the 24 hour hotline is helpful and polite.
